Question 1 of 3
What best describes your situation right now?
I coach or teach on someone else's floor. A gym, studio, rec center or dojo that isn't mine, and I want to add a program.
I run my own martial arts school or academy. I have a floor, staff or students already, and I'm ready to go further.
I want to operate a program with no fixed lease. Rec-center deployable, equipment that travels, no building of my own yet.
I represent a school, YMCA, parks department, college or company. The program would run inside an organization I serve, and the organization never pays a fee.
I'm not sure yet, just exploring. I want to understand the options before committing to anything.
What's the primary thing you're solving for?
A proven program to deploy, not to build one. Curriculum, launch plan and support, ready to run.
The credential to teach and certify officially. I want to be recognized as a certified instructor myself.
A full licensed operation on my own floor. I want to run the complete academy model, not just a class.
To test the model without a fixed lease. Capital and equipment, but no building committed yet.
How soon are you looking to start?
Immediately. I want to move in the next 30-60 days.
This quarter. I want to launch within the next 90 days.
Still evaluating. I'm in the research phase, no firm timeline yet.
Planning for next year. I want to understand the options now and move later.
